Aswang (Ghoul) Illustration

Here’s another interpretation or view of Aswang, also known as Philippine Ghoul. This creature is more powerful during the full moon and feeds on flesh, intestine, blood, and fetus. In the morning it can disguise itself as a human but beware of its sinister character. At night, it can transform itself into a wild boar, black dog, or cat.

This illustration is made for Lagim’s Halloween Stories Campaign. Lagim Card Game is a Filipino made card game inspired by Philippine mythical creatures and monsters.

We’ve been on a little journey. It wasn’t a trip.

A trip is predictable, boring.

A journey has all kinds of discoveries in it.
